Something is growing on the Prairie

I believe that healing happens best when we are connected to our history, to our bodies, and to the land around us. That’s why I am so excited to announce that once renovated, the Elizabeth Scott Hospital will soon become the home for our upcoming events.

I am currently finalizing the details for a full schedule of trauma-informed yoga sessions, restorative sound baths, and community-focused day camps. My goal is to provide a soft landing spot for those looking to find their center. Stay tuned for dates, registration details, and the official grand opening announcement.
